What if I have a question after hours?You may email us any time of the day or night. Emails received after hours will be answered first thing the next business day. If you have a trip book with us and need to contact us during that time after hours you will have already been given our emergency contact number.

What if I need to make changes to my package?All changes need to be made during the first 48 hours of booking your package. No changes can be made after then without approval from management.

Is a passport required to travel?All international trips require a valid passport. Expiration date must not be less than 6 months from date of travel.

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?Unfortunately there are no refunds. So please make sure you can attend your trip when you purchase it.

What is required to hold my reservation?A deposit is required to hold any packages.

What if my roommate cancels?If the number of people in a room changes then the booking will change according to the number of people remaining in the room. The price of the package will be adjusted to the correct amount.

Are flights included in the packages?No, you are responsible for booking your own flights. However, we will be willing to assist you if needed.

Do you provide an itinerary for your packages?Yes, all group packages have an itinerary that is set in place to give the customer a planned vacation. Keep in mind, you are not required to participate in any activities listed in the itinerary.

Do you accept a payment plan?Yes, we have several options at checkout on how you can pay for any package.
